Questions regarding this request for proposal shall be addressed to: Mr. David Swartz, City Engineer/Planner 530-682-9832 swartz@cecusa.net The consultant may ask for clarifications of the RFP by submitting written questions to the City of Colusa contact identified above. Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted no later than August 24, 2023. The Scope of services described below will require the consultant to coordinate with City staff and attend two planning commission meetings and one city council meeting. We request that you plan on attending an onsite kickoff meeting with staff, and plan on having 5 progress meetings (via zoom or teams), throughout the course of the work. These are to be itemized and included in the cost proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
