Renovation of a municipal facility in Colusa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Colusa County is requesting bids from licensed contractors for the purchase and installation of two wall mounted HVAC units at the Colusa County Road Yard, located at 715 D St., Colusa, CA, as more specifically detailed in the Scope of Work section of the Request for Bids (RFB). Each bid shall be enclosed and submitted in a sealed envelope, bearing the project name, the bidders name, contractors license type and number, and expiration date. The County of Colusa reserves the right to reject any bids. 1. Remove and replace (2) wall mounted Bard units listed below with new Bard, or equivalent, units. Unit 1: Fedders model #1124-10009 208/240 single phase. Unit 2: Eubanks model #1124-10010 208/240 single phase. 2. Remove power from existing unit for use with the new units. 3. Remove and reinstall disconnects. Ensure proper breaker size for new units and replace, ifnecessary. 4. Dispose of old units according to EPA standards. 5. Perform a startup ofboth units to ensure proper functioning 6. Remove and replace thermostat control for each unit. 7. Keep a clean and safe working job site
