Renovation of an educational facility in Colusa, California. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**The owner has selected a Design Builder. A timeline for construction has not yet been established** This project consists of the design and installation of telescoping bleachers. This project requires a Class B license. Documents to be submitted at the above stated time will be all documents required to be submitted as a part of the bid. The appropriate forms must be submitted by the Contractor at the location stated Scope of work, o Furnish/install ADA approved telescoping bleachers for Colusa High School Gym. The Process, o This project requires a California General Class B License to perform the installation of the doors. o Contractor must have current California Contractors License, and be registered with the D.I.R. o General Contractor must furnish proof of Workers Compensation Insurance, liability insurance, and a W-9 on file with Colusa Unified School District prior to starting any work. o Contractor will install all materials to building code. o Contractor must maintain a clean and safe jobsite at all times. o Daily cleanup is jobsite is required. o Contractor is responsible to properly secure the job site, and equipment daily. o Contractor is responsible for hauling, and dump fees. o Contractor will notify District M.O.T. Department of completion of project for inspection. o If labor is performed, the proposal must state prevailing wage applies to project. o Contractor must ensure that all employees have been trained and certified to operate any machines, deemed necessary to complete the project. o Minimum acceptable warranty; 1 year on workmanship and 3 year manufacturer warranty on materials. We anticipate site staff, students, and possibly other contractors to be present in the area. Clean language, courtesy, and professionalism on the job site is a must. Smoking, use of tobacco, vaping, drugs, alcohol, or guns are strictly prohibited on school property.
