Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Colusa, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool; for site work for a swimming pool; and water / sewer project.
General work for this project consists of installation of pre-fabricated waterpark features on a concrete pad, installation of waterline to connect features to the existing water main on site, and connecting electrical conduit to a push button from the electrical located at the city pool house. This project has a goal of 24% percent disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) participation. A preconstruction conference will be required for this project. A time and date will be determined after contract award. The contractor shall possess either a Class A license or a combination of license classes required for all work at the time this contract is awarded.
