Site work for a religious / funeral development in Westminster, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a religious / funeral development.
As of Sept 25, 2023 the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established . Repair approximately 950 feet of stone wall that abuts Mount Pleasant Cemetery on Knower Road. Remove old mortar from stone walls and repoint front face of stone walls to regain structure. Rebuild sections of stone walls as stationed and staked. See attached. A site visit is strongly recommended. All permits are the responsibility of the successful bidding contractor. Prevailing wage rates apply. The Contractor shall secure and maintain for the duration of the project and at no cost to the Town, with respect to the services related to this Contract, insurance coverages for general, property, automobile, and workers compensation. A 50% payment bond is required for contracts more than $25,000. OSHA Training is required. The Contractor agrees to warranty materials and labor for a period of one year or more from the date of acceptance of the project to the Towns full satisfaction. All bidders to supply a list of references.
