Reference Number 0000426130 This project will renovate and rehabilitate the existing Boettcher Concert Hall on the Denver Performing Arts Complex at 1000 14th St, Denver, CO 80202. The renovation will include critical repairs, system upgrades, and address program needs. The Boettcher Concert Hall Project will renovate the existing facility to address building systems and finishes that have exceeded their useful life. The project scope includes upgrades to HVAC, fire protection, life safety, data, technology, stage lighting, and audiovisual systems, along with new interior finishes, seating, and acoustic improvements. Floor plan modifications will improve circulation, operational functionality, ADA compliance, and integrate an education component. Exterior improvements, including roofing and façade repairs or replacement, will be included as required. The project will also evaluate and design a pavilion expansion for patron use, along with a west-side addition intended to activate the adjacent sculpture park.
