Site work and renovation of a civil project in Courtenay, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The City of Courtenay invites Tenders for C24-013, 1st Street Lift Station Upgrade. The work will include the following: Installation of 7.0m deep wet well, 20hp duplex pump station with above ground valve chamber, power and controls kiosk, site fencing and lighting Receive & install backup generator (pre-purchased by City) Install approx. 450 meters of 200mm & 300mm diameter PVC gravity sanitary main Install approx. 260 meters of 200mm diameter HDPE sanitary forcemain Residential sanitary service installation Decommissioning of current 1st Street Lift Station Handling and disposal of asbestos concrete pipe Various site works Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca
