The Jacksonville Transportation Authority herein after referred to as (the "Authority" or "JTA") a body politic and corporate and an agency of the State of Florida, located at 100 LaVilla Center Drive, Jacksonville, Florida 32204, hereby requests sealed bids for Invitation to Bid herein after referred to as ("ITB" or the "Bid") ITB No. 23-006 Environmental Waste and Sludge Removal. The purpose of this Bid is to solicit competitive bids from qualified firms herein after referred to as ("Supplier") to provide Environmental Waste Removal and Sludge Removal through a means required by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and the City of Jacksonville Environmental Quality Division to the JTA as further detailed in the specifications as identified in this Bid. The Contract term shall be for five (5) years with an option to renew for an additional five (5) one (1) year terms.
