Renovation of a mixed-use development in Martins Ferry, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; and residential development.
Replace Siding, Soffit, Fascia, Gutters & Downspouts Each bid must be accompanied by cash, certified check of the Bidder, or a bid bond as in the contract documents. The bid bond must be duly executed by the Bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Owner, in the amount of 5% of each bid. 100% Performance Bond and 100% Labor & Materialmen's Payment Bond are required paid by the Contractor. Time of Completion and Liquidated Damages: Bidder must agree to commence work on or before a date to be specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" of the Owner and to fully complete the projects within NINETY (90) CONSECUTIVE CALENDAR DAYS. Bidder must agree also to pay as liquidated damages, the sum of $100.00 for each consecutive calendar day of delay in achieving final completion. The Belmont Metropolitan Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process. The Housing Authority is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, national origin, sex, familial status, handicap disability, religion or age.
