Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Bids will be received for general construction which includes but is not limited to: erosion and sedimentation control, clearing and grubbing, grading, concrete walk and pad, custom pavilion, salvaged stone seating, electric service and lighting/fans, plantings, seeding and mulching. Bid Form - Section 00 41 00 Bid Security, Section 00 43 43 in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid in the form of an AIA A310 Bid Bond, or cashier's check payable to "Bottle Works Ethnic Arts Center" Bidders Qualifications Section 00 45 13 Non-Collusion Affidavit - Section 00 45 19 Non-Discrimination Affidavit - Section 00 45 51 Performance and Payment Bond, Section 00 61 13 in the form of AIA Document A312. This project is funded with a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages must be paid on this contract. Consideration will be given to bids received from qualified bidders that perform quality work for the lowest responsible price. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder Bottle Works reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, or any part of a Bid, and to waive informalities, and to award the Bid in the best interest of organization Question Deadline 08/16/2023 at 2:00 PM ET.
