Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Offeror shall provide professional engineering services related to the planning, design, and construction/installation of a new backup power generation system and associated improvements at GCWW's Main Station Complex. Questions Due Date: Aug 15th 2023, 12:00 PM EDT The term of this Agreement shall commence on the effective date of the Agreement. Delivery of associated services shall be complete within two hundred, ten (210) calendar days of the contract signing. All questions or requests for clarification must be submitted in writing no later than August 15, 2023 at 12:00 pm ET. Questions and clarification requests may be emailed to Alexa Kafury at Alexa.Kafury@cincinnati-oh.gov or submitted through the Bonfire portal at https://cincinnatioh.bonfirehub.com/. If emailing, please reference RFP001_2024 Main Station Backup Power PER in the subject field of the message. The MBE subcontracting goal for this RFP is 2%. The WBE subcontracting goal for this RFP is 4%
