Replace and Repair Doors- 539-22-202 The Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, material, permits, labor, and supervision required to completely perform the required construction work for the Repair and Replace Doors project, including prepare site for building operations including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work as required by drawings and specifications. This construction project will replace various doors, frames, and hardware in Buildings 1, 3, 15, and 64 at the Cincinnati VA, to include both the Cincinnati and Ft. Thomas campuses. Addresses are: Cincinnati VAMC, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45220 & Ft. Thomas Domiciliary, 1000 S. Ft. Thomas Ave, Ft. Thomas, KY 41075. Work to be completed within 730 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. This solicitation is 100% set aside for a Small Business. NAICS: 236220; Size Standard: $45 million. An organized site visit is scheduled, see FAR provision 52.236-27 contained herein for details. There will be two (2) sites. The first site will be the Cincinnati Campus, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220 and the second site is the Ft. Thomas Domiciliary, 1000 S. Ft. Thomas Avenue, Ft. Thomas, KY 41075. Bid opening is to take place at the address in block 8.
