Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Neepawa, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 179,916-square-foot, three-story above grade, 63-bed medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Interior Masonry, Dock Equipment, and Interior Drywall (Tender Package #4A) The project consists of the replacement of the existing time expired Neepawa Hospital with a new approximately 180,000 sf facility built on a new greenfield site in the town of Neepawa, approximately 60 inpatient beds intended to consolidate care services for Neepawa and the surrounding communities. The new enhanced district hub will also address increased need for specialty programs including chemotherapy, renal dialysis, surgery, obstetrics, bariatric and chronic care. The new Neepawa Health Centre (NHC) will also accommodate space for an expanded emergency department, an ambulatory care clinic, ORs and procedure rooms, medical device reprocessing (MDR), pharmacy, diagnostic services, cafeteria and food services, laundry, public amenity spaces and staff support spaces.
