The intent of this Bid is to obtain stipulated price (lump sum) Bids from contractors for the work associated with the new Neepawa Health Centre TP#04B patient bed service walls (headwalls) scope. The Neepawa Health Centre project consists of sequential, phased tendering to achieve the construction of a new green-field hospital in Neepawa, Manitoba. The facility is approximately 16,722 m2 (180,000 SF), 3 storeys, and features cast-in-place concrete piles and foundations, steel superstructure, all related work (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Landscape, and others) indicated in this and other (previously issued or yet to be issued) tender packages. The building program includes Surgery, Diagnostics, In-Patient, Emergency, Labour and Delivery, Pharmacy, and Ambulatory departments.
