Work of this Contract comprises the removal and replacement of existing plumbing and plumbing fixtures in one multi-stall washroom for the provision of one new all-access washroom located at the Jeanne Mance Building, 200 Eglantine Driveway, Ottawa, ON. Work covered, but not limited to: 1 Removal of two toilet fixtures and toilet partitions, two vanity sinks, one bank of lockers, wall and floor tile finishes. 2 Provision of new plumbing and drainage for new toilet. 3 Provision of new adult change table. 4 Provision of new universal accessible door hardware for two (2x) existing doors. 5 Provision of new wall and floor finishes. 6 Provision of new electrical lighting layout.
