Design Build Services for Willowbrook Golf Course Improvements The City of Winter Haven (CITY) is interested in receiving qualifications from experienced design-build teams for the delivery and furnishing of all necessary materials, labor, equipment, and professional services for the design and construction of "Willowbrook Golf Course Improvements". Question Deadline: 08/24/2023 at 2:00 PM ET The estimated commencement for the project is anticipated to start by fall 2023 and construction will commence immediately upon agreement on the design and Guaranteed Maximum Price. The City of Winter Haven reserves the right to reject any and all responses, to waive informalities, to re-advertise, and to enter into a contract determined to be in its best interest, in accordance with the documents referenced herein above Questions concerning this bid must be submitted on or before 2:00 p.m., August 24, to Andy Palmer at apalmer@mywinterhaven.com Questions received after this time may not be answered.
