**As of September 29, 2023, this project has been awarded but the award information is not yet determined. Re-Roofing the Bourbonnais Township Building Provide all necessary labor, material, and equipment Install standing seam panel covers over existing Install EPS flute fill insulation between standing seam flutes Install (1) one layer of ½ secure shield HD insulation cover board Fully adhere white, .060 Thermoplastic Polylefin TPO roofing system Install and caulk all necessary flashing and per manufacturers warrantied specifications Supply and install prefinished standard color, minimum 24-gauge roof edge metal Supply and install prefinished standard color, minimum 24-gauge coping cap at front parapet Walls. Remove all debris from jobsite Provide a minimum 15-year warranty Option for new gutter and downspouts Surety bond for the full amount of the award will be required. The Bourbonnais Township reserves the right to reject any and all proposals The Bourbonnais Township reserves the right to accept other or equal types of products. This is a prevailing wage Project. By Order of: Bourbonnais Township and its Board of Trustees.
