Avion Street, Ontario, CA 91761, adjacent to ONT. This parcel houses a facility previously operated by FedEx. The OIAA is seeking a Proposer qualified to handle air cargo to provide the following services at this location: o Design, Build-out (including pre-construction, construction, and construction fit out), and Delivery of the former FedEx building into a fully functional facility capable of processing international air cargo. o Procurement and installation of all necessary screening equipment as required by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). o Management and operation of the Facility at ONT under Agreement with the Authority's Revenue Management Division.
