The City of Spartanburg is seeking proposals from vendors to provide construction services for the Exterior Façade Repair of the Donald S. Russell U.S. Courthouse. Exterior masonry repair of limestone as base bid and brick as Alternate 1. Alternate 2 includes additional miscellaneous masonry repair.
