Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Replacement for the 70KVA UPS system and existing heat pumps within Fleet Maintenance Facilities (FMF) Cape Scott at Naval Electronic Systems Test Range Atlantic (NESTRA) (Osborne Head, Buildings OH301 and OH313, Dartmouth NS). The design shall include complete specifications for the UPS and Heat Pump as well as all related electrical and mechanical infrastructure modifications. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals from pre-qualified engineering consultants has been awarded. Project design is well underway. Tender and construction timelines may be confirmed fall 2025.
