Request for Statements of Qualifications for Design and Construction Administration Services for the Old Hickory Tree Road and E 10th Street 16-inch Reclaimed Water Main Extension in Osceola County, Florida. TOHO reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all submittals; to waive irregularity, variance, or informality whether technical or substantial in nature. Toho is experiencing growth in the northeast portion of its reuse water service area due to recent growth. As recommended in the City of St Cloud 2022 Hydraulic Master Plan, a new Northeast Booster Station and associated reclaimed water mains are proposed for the growth in the northeast service area. One reclaimed water main improvement from the master plan includes approximately 11,000 linear feet of new 16-inch reclaimed water main. The new 16-inch reclaimed water will extend north on Old Hickory Tree Road from the Hickory Tree Elementary School to 10th Street, then east on 10th Street to Narcoossee Road and connect approximately 1,000-feet north on Narcoossee Road. The installation lengths are estimated and will require survey and design to confirm the exact lengths. The project is considered high priority and therefore the Consultant should demonstrate its ability to expedite project
