Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Cloud, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Deadline to submit Questions Oct 30th 2023, 12:00 PM EDT Project limits are on Jack Brack Road from Narcoossee Road to Absher Road (approximately 14,000 LF). The utility work consists of the relocation of approximately 3,000 LF of existing 8" water main; 3,500 LF of 12" water main; 330 LF of 16" water main; 400 LF of 8" reuse main; 3,100 LF of 12" reuse main; 330 LF of 4" sanitary sewer force main; 1,200 LF of 6" sanitary sewer force main; 3,500 LF of 8" sanitary sewer force main; and 1,900 LF of 12" sanitary sewer force main. The relocation lengths are estimated and will require survey and design to confirm the exact lengths of relocation. Design will include extension of 20" reuse main from Sable Glen Drive to Absher Rd. Additional extensions and upsizing of force mains, reuse mains, and water mains are being evaluated within the project limits and may be included in the design. To meet the County's schedule, utility design must be complete by August, 2024. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
