Freese and Nichols, Inc. (FNI) was contracted by New Braunfels Utilities (NBU) to provide a condition evaluation of the New Braunfels Police Department (NBPD) Building at 1488 South Seguin Avenue in New Braunfels, Texas. This report covers the condition evaluation and proposed renovation recommendations for the building to aid NBU in the evaluation of moving into this building. The NBPD Building is an unoccupied one-story building, which previously served as one of the police department buildings for the City of New Braunfels, who own the facility. The building was constructed in 1984 and was first used as a lumber yard. The building was purchased and renovated in 1996-98 to be used as a police station. The building is approximately 33,000 square feet and contains general office, locker room and warehouse type finishes, fixtures, and furniture you have not completed the free online registration, you must do so in order to view solicitations.
