Scope of Services The scope of work includes but is not limited to: enclosing the fence of Dickey Youth Community Center located at 1515 East Divisadero Street, Fresno, CA. The work includes, but is not limited to, installing new fence along with vehicle gate with remote control access and pedestrian gate. Project Duration 50 working days from Notice to Proceed Liquidated Damages $500 per calendar day License Requirements Class A Contractors License issued by the State of California Project Type Bid Response Types Line Items ,Bid Bond , General Attachment (required) ,Bid Deposit , General Attachment Type of Award Lump Sum The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids. A 100 percent Payment Bond and 100 percent Performance Bond for all public works a certified or cashier s check bid bond 10%.
