Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Fresno Unified School DISTRICT (DISTRICT) will receive sealed bids for Informal Bid No. 1075-48562, CALWA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL KITCHEN HVAC UPGRADE, to upgrade the kitchen HVAC from evaporative cooler to mechanical cooling. Prime Contractor must have a valid Class C-20 Contractors License. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or a bidders bond in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of total bids made payable to Fresno Unified.
