Renovation of a military facility in San Angelo, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The 17th Contracting Squadron, at Goodfellow AFB, TX is issuing a solicitation for Flooring Replacements. This acquisition includes 4 CLINs. The Period of Performance will be 90 days after date of award. All responsible vendors may submit a proposal to the 17th Contracting Squadron. Oral proposals WILL NOT be accepted. A Firm Fixed-Price award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government. Removal of existing carpet and floor tiles, replacement with Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP/LVT) for B164/B3126/B3201/B3453, providing thresholds, and resilient rubber base, as stated in the Statement of Work (SOW). PSC - 7220 NAICS - 238330 Size Standard - $19M Set Aside - 100% Total Small Business Site Visit scheduled for 8 August 2023 @ 10:00 AM Central Daylight Time. The site visit will start at Goodfellow AFB Contracting Squadron, building 707. Please submit base access letters by 4 August 2023 @ 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time. Questions due by 10 August 2023 @ 2:00 PM Central Daylight Time with Answers to questions being posted by 14 August 2023. This solicitation closes 2:00 PM CDT on August 18th. NOTE: Proposals must conform to "Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters" section contained within the solicitation document to be considered eligible for award.
