Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Fort Drum, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) recognizes that past roof leaks have severely impacted the existing EPDM membrane roof system installed over the Wilcox Behavior Health Clinic at Fort Drum, NY. This proposed repair project will be for the complete removal of the existing roof system down to the deck and the installation of a new PVC roof system, complete with new insulation installed to provide the required average Rvalues and to provide adequate slope to the internal roof drains. But not limited to please review the specifications for more information. Magnitude of Construction: $1M - $3M Prevailing Wages Apply. Contract duration = 365 calendar days
