Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Fort Drum, New York. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
Renovate HVAC Live Ammo 2792/20886 U105665-A Questions and Requests for Information (RFI) are due 17 August 2023 at 1200 hours local time, submitted via email to Rebecca Malpica at Rebecca.a.malpica.mil@army.mil and Daniel Rowley at Daniel.e.rowley.civ@army.mil Design-Built project is going to take place in two different locations. The first location is building P-20886. The second location is building P-2792. Work in building P-20886 will include: Installation of 1 open face paint booth and associated gas-fired make-up air unit Repairs to the existing heating and ventilation systems Modifications to the grounding bar system inside the building Installation of bollards and a concrete pad for new propane service Excavation trenching, backfill, site restoration for new propane tank and underground line Construction of a restroom Installation of a non-potable water service for the restroom Installation of a septic system for the restroom Work in building P-2792 will include: Moving items from 2792 in building 20886 Installation of 1 open face paint booth and associated gas-fired make-up air unit Installation of bollards and a concrete pad for new propane service Trenching, backfill, site restoration for underground portion of new propane line Repair of the general building exhaust ventilation system in the bay areas Resurfacing the floor in the bay areas Returning moved items back into building 2792
