Site work for a water / sewer project in Leander, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
PURPOSE: The City of Leander, herein after "City", seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after "Respondent", to provide construction services for the delivery of a new Lakeline Boulevard 16" Waterline Extension and valve installation at the 280 EST. All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted via email to kwenzel@leandertx.gov by 09/18/2023 at 5:00 PM CT. A copy of all the questions submitted and the City's response to the questions shall be posted on our webpage BACKGROUND NARRATIVE: The Work consists of installation of a new 16-inch water line, hydrants, and valves along Lakeline Boulevard between Stinnett Drive and Hero Way West and valve installation at the 280 EST. RETL Project No.: G322010 PROJECT ARCHITECT & PLANS: The design and construction management services for the Project are being provided by Walter P. Moore and Associates, Inc., 401 S. First Street, Austin, Texas 78704.
