The intent of this Proposal Invitation is to solicit sealed Proposals to establish a contract for various types of Custodial and Lawn Care Services that may be procured by Cooperative members. Because individual members require different equipment, supplies, and/or services, this Proposal Invitation is a request for an hourly not-to-exceed rate for labor, pricing per square foot, and pricing per acre. Purchases can be made by a Cooperative member at any time during the Contract term. Except as provided in section E.4 of the General Terms and Conditions or otherwise in this Proposal Invitation, Vendor shall hold its Awarded Pricing firm during the Contract term. In the event of price decreases, such price decreases shall be allowed for all products. The term of this contract will be from March 1, 2024, through February 28, 2025, with two possible one-year renewals
