Maintenance and Repair, Highway and Roads, Including Removal of Asphalt, Concrete, Bitumen's, etc. Texas State Technical College (''TSTC'') is a state-supported two-year technical college and is the state's largest provider of technical education. In 2015, TSTC was granted single-accreditation status from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges, the regional body for the accreditation of degree-granting higher education institutions in the Southern states. Single-accreditation merged ten (10) college campuses into one state system with administration located in Waco, Texas. This new college has campuses in Abilene, Breckenridge, Brownwood, Fort Bend County, Harlingen, Marshall, North Texas (Red Oak), Sweetwater, Waco, and Williamson County. TSTC educates more than 13,000 students and has 1600 employees across the State of Texas. Texas State Technical College (hereafter ''TSTC'') is soliciting proposals for the provision of Cement or Asphalt repair, and installation services for a time and materials contract with a standard hourly, overtime, and weekend/holiday rates. 1.1.3 Provide contact information for the person responsible for submission of PAR Forms. The Contractor must be able to provide TSTC a crew of qualified and appropriately licensed workers with basic tools and vehicles on an ''as needed basis'' to assist the routine and emergency repairs and maintenance of existing facilities.
