Site work for a road / highway in Essex, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
The Authority is requesting directional drilling services and open cut excavation for the installation of a continuous poly conduit pipe at the Essex Regional Landfill. The Authority is requesting Proponents to Bid on directional drilling services of approximately 165 meters in length. In addition, the Authority is exploring the need to have additional drilling or open cut excavation services performed which would include the supply and installation of poly conduit. These additional Services are denoted as Options A-1, A-2, B-1 & B-2. The Proponent is required to Bid on the directional drilling services of approximately 165 meters and all of the additional Option Services in Schedule C. The Authority owns and operates the Essex-Regional Landfill ("RL") located at 7700 County Road 18 in the Town of Essex. The Authority is seeking to use buried poly conduit pipe to move leachate water from the new reverse osmosis (RO) plant (which is under construction) to the top of the Essex Regional Landfill.
