The Village of West Dundee, Kane County, Illinois, does hereby invite Proposals to clear and grub work which includes removal of trees & brush, stump removal, turf removal, removal and relocation of utility conflicts, grading, pavement removal and erosion control for a specified location within corporate boundaries of West Dundee, the for the Village of West Dundee, IL Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the phrase "Canterfield Park Clearing Project", the Proposing Firm's name and address. It is the responsibility of the Proposing Firm to meet the specified opening time; any Proposals not so received may be returned unopened at the discretion of the Village. Proposals shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions for Proposals and other Proposal documents available from the Village. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check or bank draft payable to the Village of West Dundee, Illinois for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions. The Village of West Dundee reserves the right to modify and waive any and all informalities or technicalities, or to reject any and all bids and/or parts thereof, and to accept that proposal which it deems most favorable to the Village.
