Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Port Colborne, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,025-square-foot educational facility; for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The Work is to include a 3 stop elevator, 2 stop vertical lift, washroom upgrades and universal washroom. Addition or renovation having an area of approximately 28m2 (3025 sq. ft) all in accordance with the Contract Documents. Mechanical, Electrical, Paving, Roofing and Data Cabling Subcontractors are PREQUALIFIED as well. The completion schedule is such that the Owner requires the Contractor achieve Substantial Performance of the Work no later than July 24, 2024 and to achieve Total Completion no later than August 16, 2024. Take over procedures are to follow the process outlined in OGCA 100 - OAA/OGCA Takeover Procedures (2007).
