Through this Request for Proposal, the City of Port Colborne (City) seeks to retain services of an experienced Vendor to obtain an inspection and condition assessment City owned gravity sewers within the City of Port Colborne. The project will include obtaining a condition assessment of approximately 90 km of storm sewers utilizing boom-mounted Zoom camera technology. Provisionally, based on the condition findings of the Zoom inspections, traditional flushing and tractor-mounted Pan & Tilt CCTV inspections may be required. The City has storm sewer areas that have been designed, semi-designed and non-designed. Deliverables to be supplied by the Vendor will include inspection report using NASSCO's Interchange database format inclusive of ratings tables in current NASSCO version, with inspection media files and all applicable GIS layer files.
