Renovation of a military facility in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Any questions regarding this RFQ must be sent electronically to Jim Van Natta and Ashley Perry via at jim.vannatta@noaa.gov and ashley.Perry@noaa.gov by no later than 11:00 A.M. EDT on 12 September 2023. This RFQ will close at 4:00 P.M. EDT on 12 September 2023. This is to attach the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation that has become unavailable, This amendment corrected the POC in Attachment III Past Performance Questionnaire. Attachment III is replaced herein. This amendment edits Paragraph 4.5.8.2 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and an amended PWS is provided herein. Additionally vendor Q&A's are attached. This Administrative Amendment added four attachments for Wage Determinations. Dial Telephone, Public Address (PA), and General Alarm (GA) System for the NOAA FSV Class ships. Contractor shall be responsible for a complete ABS approved , procurement and fabrication of all materials, installation, subcontractor oversight, drawings, testing, and creation of all drawing and technical manuals. Installation includes procurement and installation of all equipment, cables, banding, cable tags, removal of old system, installation of all new mounts and equipment, testing and inspections. Installation shall be accomplished on all four (4) vessels. Removal and Installation requirements are contained this Performance Work Statement. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, References and attachments ate provided herein.
