Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
As of June 14, 2024, the Joint Venture Team of Salt City Constructors, LLC (L&T Construction, D.A. Collins Construction, and Cold Spring Construction) have been awarded this project and construction started first week in June 2024. Fa Proj Y001-3501-923, Onondaga Co., I-81 Viaduct (Community Grid) - Contract 3, Prebid Meeting, Pla Candidate Every bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check or bank cashier's check payable to the NYS Department of Transportation, in the sum of the amount shown on the proposal title page. Bonds must be on form CONR 391. Electronic bids must include an electronic bid bond. Project related technical questions or comments must be submitted through the Construction Contracting section of the NYSDOT Business Center on the NYSDOT website Contract administration or procurement questions may be submitted either through the website or directed to Robert Kitchen, or the Assistant Director/Director of the Office of Contract Management, (518) 457-2124.
