The County of Sonoma Public Infrastructure (SPI)- Integrated Waste Division is inviting Request for Proposals (RFP) for Engineering and Environmental Services for Development of 30% Plans for a Potential Compost Site. In collaboration with Permit Sonoma Natural Resources Division and the regional partner Zero Waste Sonoma, Sonoma County Public Infrastructure is seeking qualified engineering firms to develop up to 30% design plans, initial public outreach documentation and complete various technical studies to be used in support of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Proposers will be required to submit any and all questions in writing per the schedule in order for staff to prepare written responses to all consultants. Written answers will be shared with all potential bidders through an addendum on the County's Supplier Portal and email notification. Questions should be sent via e-mail directly to tiffany.seder@sonoma-county.org. Questions will not be accepted by phone.
