A. The bidder will provide all the work, superintendence, labor, tools, equipment, machinery and apparatus and whatever else may be necessary to complete the project as stated in this bid. The Contractor will be supplying all materials, equipment and labor. B. Bids must be sealed in order to be considered. C. The estimated budget for the project is $1,100,000.00. D. In case of discrepancy between unit price and the extension, the unit price will be taken. The City of Amarillo is soliciting bids for the removal and replacement of two existing incline slope plate outbound make-up units with like-king incline make-up devices per the bid specifications. BID SECURITY: For all contracts above $50,000.00, bidders must submit cashier s or certified check issued by a bank satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds 100% percent of the total contract price from a surety company.
