Site work and paving for a road / highway in Saint Marys, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence on projects of similar size and complexity, and a complete listing of all subcontractors to be used. The owner intends and requires that this project be completed no later than August 2, 2024. Bidders must comply with the Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Improvements in Auglaize County and the City of St. Marys, Ohio, as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division. No bidder shall be permitted to withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the time of opening of bids. All bids are to be on a form furnished by the City Engineer and submitted in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder and the project noted plainly on the outside. The City of St. Marys, Ohio, reserves the right to waive any irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
