Reference Number 00003665801 The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to select one or more Proponents to provide contracted preventative maintenance, repair and Support Services to the existing Direct Digital Control (DDC) Systems. Repair and Support Services (technical or trouble-shooting) will be on an 'as and when' required basis. System modifications may also be required and is at the sole discretion of the City. The City has the following two (2) proprietary Direct Digital Control systems: Metasys Control DDC System at five (5) buildings; and Delta Control DDC System at five (5) buildings. Due to the proprietary nature of Metasys Controls and Delta Controls, Proponents may submit a Proposal on only one (1) DDC Control System or two (2) DDC Control Systems. The City reserves the right to award the Agreement to one (1) single Proponent or to two (2) separate Proponents as each DDC Control System will be evaluated independently.
