A general description of the scope of work is as follows (and as noted on the Drawings): a. Installation of construction access road including removal once project is complete, b. Installation of erosion & sediment control works (best practice measures & per tender drawings) including removal once project is complete, c. Stripping and removal of existing grass field and unsuitable material to competent subgrade (geotechnical reports attached), within structural fill and play areas footprint, d. Location of existing utilities within the project area e. Installation of water servicing, sanitary sewer servicing, storm sewer servicing works, f. Installation of electrical/communications works, g. Placement of structural fill and base course topping surface, h. Placement of the imported gravel fill and base course topping surface, i. Restoration of asphalt and concrete walkways, slabs, parking areas etc., j. Finished grading and placement of topsoil & seed. k. All surface restoration of project perimeter to match existing conditions or better. l. Include sub-trades as required.
