The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. This project requires 25% DBE participation, or if the contract goal is not met, documented evidence of good faith efforts. Phase III engineering services are required to provide Reconstruction of I-80 mainline pavement from west of Joliet Junction Trail to west of Wheeler Avenue, Work included, but is not limited to, continuously reinforced PCC pavement with PCC shoulders, reconstruction of the I-80 Eastbound Bridge over Joliet Junction Trail, the I-80 Westbound Bridge over Joliet Junction Trail, I-80 Eastbound Bridge over Midland Avenue and the I-80 Westbound Bridge over Midland Avenue, drainage system improvements, signing, lighting, traffic signals, ITS improvements, noise abatement walls and all other work necessary to complete the improvement in accordance with the approved plans and specifications.
