WLU is soliciting proposals for the Design Services - Administrative Office Space Utilization Plan It is Wilfrid Laurier University's intention to enter into an agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of 24 months with an option in favour of Wilfrid Laurier University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to 12 additional months, for a total of 36 months. The University is seeking proposals to optimize the University's existing administrative office, meeting rooms and academic administration portfolio. The successful proponent will review the existing office inventory on the Waterloo Campus, collect appropriate information about the departments occupying these spaces, and provide a recommended phased strategy to consolidate the existing office functions in a reduced footprint and liberate underutilized spaces for future uses. The proponent will review the impacts of recent developments in flexible and remote work, as well as current office trends and practices in comparable sectors in the final report.
