Construct a box culvert at the Eckert Drain crossing. 24 Mile Road to 25 Mile Road: Construct approximately 0.7 mile of new HMA road between 24 Mile and 25 Mile Roads with approximately 250' of existing Garfield Road reconstruction. Mill and overlay existing HMA Garfield Road to south of 25 Mile Road and approximately 350' of 24 Mile Road.
