Reference Number 0000324598 *The Project consists of the following: -Removal of portions of the existing interior non-bearing partitions, ceilings, flooring materials, glass partitions, plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions and accessories, cubicles, casework, lighting fixtures, exit signs (unless noted otherwise), receptacles, associated circuit wiring and designated interior doors. All existing mechanical equipment and electrical fixtures shall be removed unless noted otherwise. -Removal of all telecommunication outlets, raceways and wiring unless noted otherwise. Maintain existing fire alarm as required by AHJ. -Existing mechanical and electrical rooms and associated doors shall remain unless noted otherwise. -Removal of all contents/furnishings shall be part of the project.
