A certified check, or the included Bid Bond, executed by the bidder and a surety company, payable to the City of Mount Clemens, in an amount at least equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Mount Clemens reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in bidding. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, payment, maintenance and guarantee bonds and insurance certificates.
