In general, the scope of work consists of the supply, delivery and installation of mechanical components, instrumentation, control elements that are an integral part of the proposed treatment technology, as well as its commissioning. All according to the terms and conditions described in this tender document. The wastewater treatment plant was commissioned in 1984 and extended in 1993. Then, work on the aeration system was carried out, the latest dating from 2005-2006. The aerated pond-type plant currently receives wastewater from a population of approximately 4,690 people. In order to remedy non-compliance with discharge requirements, the treatment plant must be brought up to standard. The project includes the establishment of a treatment chain in addition to the existing ponds. Following a preliminary study carried out by the consultant GBI, two technologies were selected for bringing the facilities up to standard. These technologies will later be described as the following scenarios 1 and 2: Scenario 1 : Addition of slurry packed biological reactor(s) (RBGS) upstream of the aerated ponds Scenario 2 : Addition of fixed-packed floating biological reactor(s) within the aerated ponds This call for tenders allows bidders to submit a service offer on one or other of these scenarios. No other technology can be proposed within the framework of this invitation to tender.
