Electrical Services for the Metro, Leeward and Windward Wastewater Regions of the Department of Environmental Services, City and County of Honolulu. Questions / Request for Substitution Due Date August 11, 2023 Last day for Addenda to be Issued August 16, 2023 To be eligible to bid, the prospective Offeror must be licensed in accordance with Chapter 444, FIRS, related to the licensing of contractors. The Contractor shall provide/maintain the following throughout the duration of the contract: 1. Licensing and Equipment. Specialty Contractors license with a C-13 and either C-62 or C-63 Classifications from the State of Hawaii. Certification on thermal infrared scanning for electrical power systems by having received factory training from an infrared scanning manufacturer. Certification and experience on calibrating switchgear trip and ground fault set points. Adequate supply of tools and equipment to complete the field repairs. Access to a full line of Power Monitoring equipment and be aware that the City will not provide the equipment. Standard tools for each specialty trade. Standard equipment materials and tools for rigging, lifting, hoisting, transporting, and holding equipment. Other incidental equipment, vehicles and materials necessary to perform the work as specified herein.
