Renovation of a municipal facility in Santee, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
**As of September 6, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the wood repairs, sanding, cleaning, preparation, priming, installation of new building signage, exterior painting of 8 buildings and signage, painting of courtyard verandah, painting of hand railing, painting of parking lot light poles, painting of post indicator valve (PIV) and fire department connection (FDC), painting of flagpole metal base, and all related and necessary work as defined in the contract documents (the Project). Contractor License: California Classification A or C-33 (required at time of bid submission). Contract Working Days: 60 Working Days Any questions relating to this project should be directed to Antonio Sandoval at (619) 258-4100 ext. 179, or via email at ASandovalcityofsanteecasiov. Each bidder must submit a bid to the City Clerk on standard forms available in the Office of the Director of Engineering. Said bid is to be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check, cash deposit, or a bidders bond made payable to the City of Santee, in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid submitted Engineers Estimate: $ 330,000.00
